Frequently asked questions
The crafting of all our instruments are the same, and there is no difference in beginners steel pan or professional steel pan. However we do offer extended range instruments which some professional soloists request.
Packages usually take between four to six weeks maximum. If you desire two (2) day delivery, then the more expensive FEDEX shipping is available. If instruments are currently in stock, you will receive your package within three to four weeks.
Yes, we ship our instruments all around the globe where normal mail delivery is accepted.
When you email us about your order details we will quote shipping and handling estimates as well.
